I love this quote by Howard Thurman, civil rights leader, Black Baptist Minister, Educator:
“Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive and do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”
We can only exit an experience with love

We cannot leave an experience behind unless we exit with love. If we leave in anger or with hate, distrust, etc. in our hearts, the experience continually follows us around.
We can only transform the past or release it through love.
